Eric Penkala - Vice President

Eric has spent the past four years working as a specialized grantseeker. He has successfully applied for government grants on behalf of over 30 unique clients and counting, saving companies thousands of dollars on training programs in the process. Eric attributes his success in grant applications to his communication and organization skills.

Eric graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Communications degree, and since then has put his education to use through effective communication with both clients and government funding agents.

He has mastered the process of grant applications, using his knowledge of effective language that agents are looking for when giving out funding. He also takes on the task of following up with agents and government officials whenever needed, in order to further simplify the application process for his clients.

Eric is aware of the trials and tribulations that are often associated with interaction with government officials, particularly for business owners. That is why he strives to take the burden off his clients by handling that communication himself.
